3. Counter Notification

  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

We may reinstate the content upon receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10–14 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Adult18s.com reserves the right to block, terminate, or restrict access to users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. False Claims Warning

Filing a false or fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. Please ensure all claims are legitimate and made in good faith.
